Our targeting strategy focuses on key parameters such as gender, age, and location, while also considering user interests and engagement within specific Reddit communities. By placing ads in relevant subreddits, we ensure that our content resonates with the context in which users are active. Additionally, we implement frequency capping to limit the number of times a single user sees the same ad, optimizing effectiveness and reducing the risk of ad fatigue.
The creative assets are tailored to align with Reddit’s tone and style, ensuring they integrate seamlessly into the platform and are perceived as authentic. This approach enables us to strike the right balance between visibility and engagement, achieving not only the guaranteed CTR but also driving higher conversions.
RESULTS Reddit:
Reddit, one of the fastest-growing social media platforms, proved to be an effective channel for Energiedirect’s campaign. With over 313,000 unique users reached and an average of 4 impressions per user, the campaign maintained a healthy frequency. Focused on viewability, the campaign achieved a rate of 79.05%, surpassing the typical 70% benchmark for social campaigns. Additionally, the campaign optimized for Click-Through Rate (CTR), reaching 0.27%, with the Finance & Business audience achieving 0.32%. Niche subreddits like fusion, climate news, and climate change saw even higher engagement, with CTRs ranging from 0.50% to 1.82%.
